Not only did she help me with solving a slight dilemma that occurred last month, but she also took it upon herself to reach out to me today, to confirm and reassure me, that the issue from last month did not happen again this month. I called and spoke with Suhay. I was unable to obtain auto insurance and within minutes she was able to secure a policy at a decent rate that I could afford. I just joined with great Florida for car insurance my agent Laurie went over the top for me more than any other agent all I would get from others would be sorry that’s the best they could do Laurie even took care of my insurance that was charging me way over the top and Laurie sent all the paperwork to them 05/12/25 and today I called them they received everything today 5/13/25 so they told me I will be getting my refund within 24-48 hours meanwhile my other agent took 2 weeks & not a thing was done I will be checking with Laurie about my home owner insurance I’m sure that will be great also but she is the best I ever dealt with she saved me so much money with the same coverage Thank you so much Laurie I will definitely be in touch

Some times we only contact a company when we have a problem or to complain. I want to share this on a positive note. I had an excellent experience with my car insurance thanks to the outstanding service from the agent who assisted me. she was incredibly helpful as I am very old school and had a challenge going through the system. she walked me through every detail with clarity and made sure I fully understood my coverage option.
